The Longhorn tennis team had a strong showing at the Dawg Bite in Helena and Townsend this weekend. Broadwater even honored our seniors alongside theirs.
The girls played duals, and the Longhorns won many and had a few draws. Donner/Clark were 6-1 on the weekend, Rominger/Vischer went undefeated, and Templet finished 5-1. Fuller, Good, and Brown also showed strong tennis this weekend and won some impressive matches.
The boys were in bracketed tournament format. Donner, Cline, and Everett had a solid showing in the singles brackets and got to see some of the toughest competition in the state. Griffin/Diekhans went 4-2 on the weekend, earning top 6 recognition in the tournament. Goldhahn/Vielleux took down their rivals from Conrad to take home the top prize.
The team now moves on to the Best of the West in Missoula next weekend.

Please join us this evening for the 4th annual Su***de Prevention Walk hosted by the FBHS NHS members and the Chouteau County Health Department. This important event begins with a candlelight ceremony at The Old Bridge at 7:00. From there we will walk to the boat ramp to release balloons in memory of those we've lost. We hope you all will join us for this special event.

Tennis at Choteau/Conrad on Friday 4/17 has been cancelled. (Saturday is still on.)
Middle school track at Choteau on Friday 4/17 has been cancelled.
Golf at Anaconda Hills in Great Falls on Friday 4/17 will have a delayed start at noon.
