In the children’s room you will find books about Library Card Sign Up Month, grandmas & grandpas, Hispanic Heritage Month, 9/11, fires & firefighters, and back to school. Also, see what’s new!
In the Young Adult section read about fire, trees, and discover a new series at the start of the new school year by grabbing a number one.
the adult displays including staff picks and trees. After Labor Day, last chance books will by vying for their first checkout.
Lego Club is back on Wednesday afternoons at 3:30 p.m. for kids ages 8+. Free build or challenge.
Events in September:
•All branches of the Chouteau County Library system will be closed Monday the 7th in observance of Labor Day.
•Conversation Starter Book Club will be Wednesday the 9th at 6 p.m. at The River Press, and will discuss “The Big Burn.”
•Bingo is back! Monday the 21st starting at 5:30 p.m. have a bag of popcorn and try your luck at the game.
•The Monday Club will discuss “This is Wildfire” on the 28th at noon.
•Learn more about cyber security in a free clinic starting at 5 p.m. on the 28th. You can bring your own device, but it is not required. Please sign up in advance.
•The 29th, come at 11 a.m. to learn how to build an air filter for home use. This is a free event.
The Chouteau County Library Board of Trustees will be meeting on Wednesday, the 23rd at noon at the Geraldine Branch Library.

•DnD Mondays at 4 p.m.
•Storytime Tuesdays at 11 a.m.
•Legos Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m.
Winter hours:
Monday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
