Fort Bliss Army Community Service (ACS), Mobilization, Deployment and Support Stability Operation provides active-duty, reserve units and
guard units with pre- and post-deployment/ mobilization briefings, Soldier Family Readiness Group training and assistance, information and referral services, resource materials, and Operation R.E.A.D.Y. Topics include: Understanding and Planning for Military Separation and Pre-deployment Ongoing Readiness, Coping with Separation, and Financial Planning. The materials are designed to support unit commanders in preparing service members, Civilian employees, and their families for military operations. The Military and Family Life Counseling Program supports service members, their families and survivors with non-medical counseling worldwide. Military and family life counselors are highly-qualified professionals trained to understand the unique challenges you encounter and deliver face-to-face counseling services, as well as briefings and presentations to the military community both on and off the installation.
