So what does RSO do for you? We will provide you with your Pre-Retirement and Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) Briefing prior to your Final Out, process your Survivor Benefit Plan election, and assist you in retirement.

Good morning Fort Bliss Retired Community! We are looking for a Retired Senior Enlisted to volunteer to head the Retired Soldier Council for Fort Bliss. Requirements will be to convene at least twice a year, and be an Enlisted Retiree.

For those Retirees who would like to join the Retired Soldier Council, but not as a Co-Chair, we will be looking for, to quote *ahem,* another branch of service, a few good men, to be a part of the council as regular members as well.
