Due to rapidly changing developments with the National Public Health Emergency COVID-19, aggressive measures are being taken IOT limit the possible interaction of the public by limiting large gatherings, encouraging social distancing, and prevention of unnecessary personal interactions to minimize the spread of COVID19 and keep our Soldiers safe. It is because of these measures that the Fort Bliss NCOA will be conducting Basic Leader Course class 006-20 via Distance Learning under the name BLCDL. Please ensure all of your Soldiers have access to internet and computers. Additional information will be sent to all Soldiers enrolled and unit schools representatives via the Fort Bliss G-3 / 1st Armored Division schools.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe!

Purpose, direction, and motivation. Lead from the front.
My son (age 5) recorded everyone marching the other day. We were walking home from school and he wanted to watch daddy march.. the dude calling cadence is his pops. 😊 He looks up to ALL of you and this is his favorite part of the day! Thank you all for giving our youth someone to look up to. It may just be an academy to some - but to all of the Little’s that live on post; it’s so much more than that.. when they see you all march down the road they feel safe and they want to be just like you. Best wishes to everyone in this class! ❤️
Outstanding job from some of the most professional NCOs in the Army.
