Company News:

Fort Bliss Installation News:
COVID-19 Testing Options: At this time, we have seen an increase in demand for COVID-19 testing. We understand your concerns so we upgraded the ER testing site to a stand-alone testing site. This will ensure our ER access to care is not overwhelmed. In order to preserve our resources and avoid overwhelming our testing ability, the following guidance will be implemented.
Testing will be conducted for the following beneficiaries:
Individuals that are symptomatic and defined as high-risk by the CDC.
Individuals who have a scheduled procedure/surgery.
Individuals scheduled for official DoD travel where mode of travel or destination requires testing.
Individuals referred by their provider or unit provider.
Individuals referred by a contact tracer.
If you are not showing symptoms (asymptomatic) we ask that you refrain from testing at this time as we will not be able to test you. If you are asymptomatic and still have concerns due to exposure or travel, please call the appointment line to request a T-CON with your provider about your concerns. Active duty service members should speak to their unit provider. Your provider will determine if you need to be tested and will give you a referral.
Our Chaffee testing site can expedite your testing process if you have a referral from your primary care provider or unit provider, but it is not required.
Our contact tracing teams are working real hard to ensure this virus is contained. Along with your provider, they will also let you know if you should be tested or not. Our teams of contact tracers have run into a problem of not being able to communicate with patients, due to inaccurate contact information in their DEERS profile. If you get tested, please be sure your DEERs is up to date with a good contact number and email.
COVID TEST RESULTS: Beneficiaries who were tested can obtain COVID test results via TRICARE Online or by calling the appointment line to request a T-CON for a member of their provider team to give results. Results will be available in 24-72 hours. So far, TRICARE ONLINE has been the most expedited method with results less than 24 hours.
Please, DO NOT PHYSICALLY COME TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TEST RESULTS! The medical records desk will not give you your test results. Let us know what your questions are in the comments and we will do our best to answer them. You can also send us a private message to ensure patient privacy.

We will be sponsoring reduced fee adoptions at over 200 shelters in 40 states! Shelters are extremely full at this time of year so our goal is to help alleviate the overcrowding and bring holiday cheer to thousands of pets!
Remember that pets are FOREVER, not just for the holiday season. Please consider the commitment beyond the idea of a pet as a holiday gift. They don’t deserve to end up back at shelter once the holidays have passed!
If you are thinking of adopting, we highly encourage getting pre-approved to adopt. Do your research as each organization has individual requirements.
