It's late but better late than never, Happy New Year!! This month there will be a cross-walk safety event held at Milan Elementary at 0815 hrs, 21 Jan 26 for the kids. This event will teach kids how to properly utilize the cross walk. We want to promote a safety so that our children are safe!!

The Community Oriented Policing Services program is designed to reach and engage with as many Fort Bliss community members as possible. Through a proactive approach the COPS program fosters collaboration between Law Enforcement and the community to prevent crime.
