Hello everyone!!
This is John P. Sullivan Lieutenant General of the United States Army, and I want to take this time to speak directly to each and every one of you. I know many people have been complaining about scammers online,
especially those who pretend to be military men. This is a serious matter, and I am writing this message personally so that you will all be aware and stay safe. Every day, scammers create fake accounts using the photos, names, and identities of soldiers, officers, and generals in the U.S. Army. They do this to trick innocent people, to gain trust, and then to take advantage of them, often asking for money or personal details. I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that this is not how the U.S. Army operates. We do not ask strangers for money, we do not involve ourselves in romantic tricks online, and we do not use social media to seek personal favors. I ask you all, please, be very careful. If someone is contacting you online and pretending to be a U.S. military officer, do not believe them without proof. Do not send them money, do not share private information, and do not allow them to play with your emotions. These scammers are professionals at lying, but together, we can stop them. If any of you here have ever been scammed before by someone pretending to be a soldier, I encourage you to speak up and indicate yourself here. Share your story because your experience can help others avoid the same trap. By telling us how it happened, you are giving us more information that will help us in the fight against these criminals. I created this page to help and protect as many people as possible online. It is my duty as a soldier and as a commander to not only defend the nation, but also to protect innocent people from deception. That is why I am taking my time to reach out to you directly here on social media. Please remember these important points: The U.S. Army doesn't ask for financial help online.

I don’t give a rat's ass who this offends, but I stand by it. War is coming, sooner or later! You, the government! You are all a bunch of cowards! You raised the cost of living so high that both parents are always at work rather than spending time with their children (single parents stand no chance). 😥 You took God out of school. Parents were told, 'No, you can't discipline your kids.' Well, now most of those kids are rude and out of control. You shall reap what you sow! We have taken a whole generation and turned them into selfish, entitled brats who have no respect for people, property, or authority! You deem people with terminal illnesses and some with only a few months to live... fit for work!!! You allow our veterans of war to go homeless and hungry but give out millions to foreign aid!!! You save drug addicts over and over again but refuse to give free diabetic supplies to those who need them to stay alive. You bend over backwards to be politically correct, too scared to say enough is enough in case you offend someone. You put the retirement age up so people must work until they drop. You take care of prisoners and give them everything under the sun (food, medical care, education, representation, money, and rehabilitation), yet you cause the elderly, those that have paid their debt to society and their families, to go broke caring for them either at home or in a nursing home. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE!

It has come to my attention that individuals are attempting to misuse my name online to mislead others. I want to make this perfectly clear: I have only one official Facebook account. Any other account claiming to be me is fraudulent. If you encounter such accounts, I strongly urge you to block the person immediately and report them. I value honesty, integrity, and transparency. Misrepresentation is unacceptable, and I will not allow anyone to exploit my name or reputation to deceive others. Please remain vigilant and protect yourselves against these impersonators. This is my one and only official presence on Facebook. If you see another account using my name, it is not me. Do not engage; simply block and move on.
