Fort Bragg's E9s showed out on Friday, 12 June 2026 for a Lunch & Learn featuring US Army Transportation Corps Hall of Famer and former 19th ESC CSM, CSM (Ret.) LaDerek Green. His session on Leveraging Power and Influence hit different — real themes, real experience, real impact.

The AUSA Fort Bragg & NC Chapter showed up for soldiers and families on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 at the XVIII Airborne Corps Newcomers Welcome Brief — and it was a great opportunity to make a strong first impression for those just arriving to Fort Bragg. CSM (R) Emmanuel Emekaekwue represented the chapter, embodying the dedication and commitment that defines everything AUSA stands for.

We were also glad to have Celeste Matos from Cape Fear Theatre in the mix, reminding newcomers that Fort Bragg isn't just a duty station — it's a community with a lot to offer.

On Saturday, 6 June 2026, the AUSA Fort Bragg & NC Chapter proudly supported the 7458th MORU's Unit Organization Day at Fort Bragg — connecting 175 soldiers and family members with resources and support through our Information Resource Table.

Thank you to the leadership and FRG of the 7458th MORU for having us. It is always an honor to serve those who serve us all.

Chapter Administrative Assistant Shelly McCourtney delivered a gift bag and coordinated with Kathy Nickelson, 4th Brigade, U.S. Army Cadet Command, regarding sponsorship support for an upcoming training event where instructors from across the region will gather and community partners will have opportunities to engage with attendees.
