All burn permits will be issued on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7 pm starting next Thursday, the 25th. We have changed our meeting and training nights from Wednesdays to Thursdays.
You can still obtain a burn permit online at fc.burnpermits.com.

Personnel will be at the station tonight, June 17th, between 6:30 and 7 pm to issue permits.

The Fort Calhoun Rural Fire District Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, June 25, 2026. This will be a public meeting at the Fort Calhoun Fire Station. The agenda for said meeting is available at the home of the Secretary of the District. Board may go into a closed/executive session at any time. If questions, contact the Board Secretary at email [email protected] or evenings call 402-871-2187. Residents of the City and the Rural areas are welcome to attend.
