Fort Campbell R2 is extremely proud of this squad for taking home the title at the Best Squad Competition!

Several weeks ago, SFC Beadle and SGT Lake SGT reached out to the R2 PEs aligned with 3BCT, Matt Knowles & Kelly Hess to provide mental skills training to the squad for that extra competitive edge. SPC Perez discusses in the video how they utilized one of the skills they learned from R2, deliberate breathing, to manage their energy and maintain mental toughness throughout the competition. Such obstacles included maintaining and shifting attention, managing their energy and fine motor control, memory formation and visualization ability, and effective communication and delegation between team members.
CCFSPCC leaders also had the opportunity to meet the dedicated R2 PEs aligned with their specific units for further training.
