SGT Chapin has been the cornerstone of PHOENIX COMPANY and RED KNIGHT distribution operations since he arrived to the unit over two years ago. As an 88M Heavy Vehicle Driver, SGT Chapin has led countless missions supporting firing batteries with sustenance, fuel, barricading and fortification materials, and most importantly hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunitions to keep their howitzers and small arms firing. Because of his excellent leadership and technical expertise, he was selected to fill the role of section sergeant where he leads and mentors a team of nine Soldiers in providing critical materiel to the warfighter. Recently, SGT Chapin was selected to work outside of his primary MOS and serve as the company's senior petroleum manager and handle all fuel-related administration for the battalion. During the recent Command Petroleum Discipline Inspection, SGT Chapin's direct oversight led to PHOENIX COMPANY receiving the highest score in the brigade with commendable marks in monthly reports management and technical expertise concerning tactical fueling operations. His fueler data book format was chosen to become a standard product across the RAKKASANS due to its detailed and well-organized format. SGT Chapin's exceptional leadership and technical expertise across multiple facets of logistics keep the batteries fed, fueled, and firing and directly augment the RAKKASANS' warfighting capabilities in exalted support of the SCREAMING EAGLES' fight tonight mindset.

SPC Perry has been an outstanding member of the Phoenix Maintenance Team as a wheeled vehicle mechanic for over a year. His determination and technical understanding of the RED KNIGHTS' fleet gave his supervisors the confidence to assign him to the technical inspection team along with the company's top mechanics where he has been a cornerstone of the battalion's maintenance priority to inspect, service, and prepare 128 mission-essential vehicles for upcoming training and deployment in support of JRTC rotation 21-07. Even though he is a junior specialist, his NCOs have recognized his inherent leadership abilities and have appointed him as a team leader with the responsibilities for the welfare and training of two Soldiers and their Families. Due to his exceptional intelligence and work ethic, he was chosen to manage the company's communications section including 23 systems valued at $666,993 and has worked diligently to organize, repair, and provide training for the equipment to ensure the company's ability to communicate critical information with higher headquarters and supported units. SPC Perry's support to both the sustainment and mission command war fighting functions exemplify his support to the RAKKASAN team and showcase his adherence to the SCREAMING EAGLES' fight tonight mentality

After only three months with the Red Knight Field Feeding Team, SPC Cadalzo has already exceeded much of her peer-group in culinary expertise. Despite being the most junior Soldier participating in the cook of the quarter competition, her impeccable skills won her first place in the brigade-wide event. Due to her exceptional potential, the dining facility senior leaders have added her to the Rakkasan Baking Team to broaden her capabilities and prepare her for future success. PV2 Cadalzo's resolve has only increased since her recent victory and she has continued her vigorous training regimen in order to excel during the upcoming division cook of the quarter competition. Her dedication to providing quality sustenance to her fellow Soldiers is critical to the success of the Red Knight and Rakkasan warfighting functions and empowers Screaming Eagle culture and the 'Fight Tonight' concept.
