KHOWST PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Soldiers from the 1st Squadron, 33rd Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team repelled an attack on Combat Outpost Spera Sept. 21 resulting in the death of at least 27 insurgents.
