Fort Campbell SJA Client Services provides free legal resources and guidance for those eligible for services. We provide Powers of Attorney and notarization on a walk-in basis during normal business hours. We also maintain a variety of information papers and templates which may be useful to a legal situation you are facing. If you need to make an appointment and you live within fifty miles of Fort

Campbell, please visit our office to schedule a time to meet with an attorney. Bring all documentation related to your legal matter, as well as your military ID card. If you need to make an appointment and you live outside the fifty-mile radius, please send us an email at [email protected] and include all documentation related to your legal matter. We will need to verify your military ID, as well, in order to confirm your eligibility for services. Please be aware that we do NOT offer assistance with military criminal matters such as Article 15s, Administrative Separations, and Courts Martial. If you need assistance with any of those you need to contact Fort Campbell Trial Defense Services. We also do not provide assistance on the IDES process (MEB/PEB), and you should contact the Fort Campbell Office of Soldier's Counsel in order to receive assistance related to those matters. The legal office provides legal services to service members and their families to include claims, legal assistance, magistrate issues (including tickets), military justice, and administrative, civil, or labor law (including investigating officer appointments).

Fort Campbell is open for limited operations Feb. 19, 2025, due to weather and safety reasons. Emergency essential employees report at normal time unless otherwise directed by your supervisor. Tenant organization employees contact your supervisor for instructions.
