Fort Campbell P3T This page is intended for informational and educational purposes. No pregnancy is the same, so the type of exercises performed varies from Soldier to Soldier.

"The purpose of the P3T program is to maintain the Health and Fitness levels of pregnant Soldiers and to assist them in returning to pre-pregnancy fitness levels after the end of their pregnancy thereby making it easier to integrate the Soldier into her Unit's Physical Readiness Training program. To partake in the P3T program, female Soldiers are required to enroll once they find out they are preg

nant. The Soldiers recieve a temporary pregnancy profile clearing them to participate in the program. There are different exercises for each trimester and modified exercises are conducted based on the Soldier's medical condition and the doctor's recommendation. The program is built to accommodate these differences and at the same time achieve its purpose". Additional resources for Women's Health:

There is no P3T PT during this time 18 DECEMBER 2023 to 07 JANUARY 2023.

Starting 08 JANUARY 2024

If you need to enroll in P3T please report to your Battalion Aid Station.

If you are currently enrolled in P3T, Postpartum and Prenatal, please report to your Brigade H2F facility or SPRC to receive guidance from the P3T lead. Please take this time to identify your Brigade H2F P3T lead.

If you have met your mandatory 180-day postpartum requirement, your 180 days start the day your baby is born, or on an extension you must return to unit PT.

The P3T program will no longer be ran at the Division Level.
