The Basic Leader Course is a 22-academic-day, MOS immaterial course consisting of 169 academic hours. BLC is the first resident course of study in the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System (NCOPDS). This is a Department of Defense page. Happy Birthday 168th.

Eleven years ago this month the Colorado Army National Guard marked the completion of the largest construction project in its history.

Today the 168th Regiment Regional Training Institute trains current and future leaders of the National Guard, Active Component and Reserve to the standards set forth by the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command and provides the resources and knowledge to train to standard and lead effectively ensuring that every student is afforded the highest quality training possible.
