2026! We are partnering with restaurants "helping" clients through the chaos of New Year’s resolutions at restaurants:

"Welcome to Resolution Bistro, where the New Year’s weight-loss plan is simple:
The 'Dine and Dash' in Reverse.

As your health coach, I’ve instructed the waitstaff to monitor your fork-to-mouth ratio. The moment they see that first hint of true enjoyment on your face, they’ll swoop in and clear the table.

Think of it as 'Intermittent Eating'
It’s the ultimate calorie deficit! By the time you reach for a second fry, your plate will be in the dishwasher, and I’ll be standing by with a lukewarm glass of water and a pamphlet on 'visualizing fullness.'

It’s not just service; it’s a lifestyle intervention."

Tips for Navigating Restaurants During the 2026 Resolution Season:

*Kill the Bread Basket: Request that the server not bring bread to the table at all to avoid the temptation.
*Order a Half Portion: Many restaurants serve double the calories you need; ask for a half portion or a takeout box immediately to save half for later.

*Hydrate Strategically: Order sparkling water with lime to keep your hands busy and your stomach full without the liquid calories of alcohol.

*The Pre-Meal Snack: Eat a light, high-protein snack (like an apple or Greek yogurt) before leaving so you don't make impulsive decisions while starving.

- Waitresses taking food is so funny 😂 😂😂 ❤️

Ultra-processed foods contain ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, colors, and flavors, along with industrial additives such as emulsifiers, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, and stabilizers.

These ingredients are often derived from food sources or synthesized in laboratories, and are not typically found in home kitchens.

Whole food" refers to foods that are unprocessed or minimally processed, such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. These foods are the foundation of a healthy diet and can be identified by looking for simple ingredients or products with "100 percent whole" on the label.
