The Stack Ivy Warrior Restaurant (IWR) will close Dec. 8 for renovations as it is upgraded to a campus-style dining facility. The renovation is expected to be complete in late spring.

Bus transportation will be available from Stack IWR to the other dining facilities — Wolf and Warfighter IWRs and the La Rochelle Warrior Restaurant — during meal hours throughout the renovation, except for holiday block leave from Dec. 20 to Jan.4.
The following facilities will be open, as noted, during holiday block leave:

Wolf IWR (only fully operational facility)
o Dec. 20-21 and Dec. 25-28 — brunch, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; supper 5-6:30 p.m.
o Dec. 22-24 and Dec. 29-31 — breakfast, 7:30-9 a.m.; lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; dinner, 5-6:30 p.m.

Ivy Kiosk and Café
o Dec. 20-Dec. 31 — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., hot bar and Kiosk items available

Warfighter Kiosk
o Dec. 20-31 — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

and Leaders from across the Iron Brigade participate in the quarterly Iron Bowl Competition. This quarter, Battalions had to submit teams for several different physical fitness events. Some events included tug-of-war, 400m relay, obstacle course, and weightlifting. It was exciting to see everyone out there getting after it. At the event’s conclusion, 4th Squadron, 10th U.S. Cavalry Regiment was named this quarter’s Iron Bowl winners. Great Work!

from 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division said farewell to CSM Jimmy Miller and welcomed CSM Jason Guthrie, during a Change of Responsibility Ceremony August 20th, 2025.

We extend our appreciation to CSM Miller and extend our best wishes for his future endeavors. We welcome CSM Guthrie and his family to the Iron Brigade.

The 4th Infantry Division recently hosted E3B, challenging Soldiers to earn the Army’s toughest and most coveted badges. Concluding their testing week with a 12-mile ruck march, these Soldiers proved their discipline, expertise and skills in mastering warrior tasks and battle drills. Congratulations to all graduates!

E3B Testing Week is here! 💪

Day 1 kicked off at sunrise with the Expert Physical Fitness Assessment (EPFA) and Land Navigation.

Expert Infantry candidates had 26:30 to complete the EPFA, while Expert Soldier and Medical candidates had 30 minutes.

Afterward, candidates headed to the Land Navigation course, with three hours in both day and night iterations to find at least three of four points.

Good luck to all competing for the badge!
