Dear Soldiers and Spouses,

The Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness is excited to announce an important initiative aimed at informing improvements for the Exceptional Family Member Program’s (EFMP) automated system, Enterprise EFMP (E-EFMP). Headquarters Department of the Army EFMP Central Office, in collaboration with the E-EFMP vendor, is organizing a series of virtual discussions and kindly request your participation to gather your perspective, experience, and recommendation. These discussions will be instrumental in improving E-EFMP.
These one-on-one usability review sessions will be conducted to identify user pain points, preferences, workarounds, and overall impressions of the platform. The virtual sessions will take place over a three-week period beginning January 13-31. Each session will be limited to 30-45 minutes and will be facilitated by our E-EFMP vendor. During each session, participants will be asked to navigate an interactive prototype of the system and respond to a series of questions. Sessions are meant to encourage candid and constructive dialogue.

Your participation is of great significance and your insights will help EFMP Central Office:
• Understand user pain points and opportunities related to navigating E-EFMP.
• Identify key areas that require attention in our awareness materials and resources.
• Develop strategies to effectively improve the E-EFMP.
Please let us know your availability as soon as possible by contacting the HQDA EFMP Central Office at [email protected].

Key Points:
Target Audience: Soldiers and Spouses
Platform: Microsoft Teams
Registrations are limited to one per person.
Experience level: New and experienced users to capture a wide range of feedback.

Participants will receive session invites from [email protected] beginning at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed session date.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the EFMP mission and your willingness to contribute to the development and improvement of E-EFMP. We look forward to engaging in meaningful discussions and working together to make a positive impact across the Army community.

If you have any immediate questions or require additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out HQDA EFMP Central Office at [email protected].

Thanks in advance for your contributions to this important effort!

Children with physical, developmental, intellectual, and emotional disabilities are at an increased risk of being builled due to their vulnerability. Recognizing the warning signs of bullying is vital and is the first step in taking action against bullying. Making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and purposely excluding someone from a group are prime examples of bullying behavior. - www.stopbulling.gov
