Larimer County Office On Aging Larimer County Office on Aging (LCOA) assists older adults, age 60 and over, by providing services.

Larimer County Office on Aging (LCOA) is the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) organization for Larimer County, and resides within the Department of Human Services. LCOA is designated by the state to address the needs and concerns of all older persons at the regional level for Larimer County. We services adults 60 and older, people with disabilities over 18, and their caregivers to make independent livin

g a viable option. The Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) works in tandem with LCOA to provide information and referral services to older adults, adults living with disabilities, caregivers, family members, community members and professionals.

Project Visibility is a training program for care providers with the goal of fostering and promoting an adult and aging services community that is informed, inclusive, and supportive of le***an, gay, bisexual, and transgender adults who are elders and/or disabled. Project Visibility was first developed in 2004 by Boulder County Aging Services. Larimer County has expanded its Project Visibility program to include not only elders but also disabled adults in our area who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.
