Our next panelist Robert Duran! He is a 2012 graduate from CSU's Hospitality Program. He didn't always think he'd be in a career within this industry, especially after completing 2 years of college as an engineer major, but here he is! Robert is currently the Regional Manager for Blue Agave Grill, part of a local, 4 concept, 7 restaurant group lead by the Lucio's - part of the family formerly known for the Armadillo Mexican Restaurant. He has been with the company for a bit over 5 years now and began my journey with them as an Assistant Manager to AGM, GM and now current role. Since starting we've opened 3 additional restaurants. Outside of work life, he finds himself yearning for the outdoors, avidly hiking and biking.
To learn more about Robert and his career experience, join us on November 4th! Email [email protected] for more information!
