Providing services in elections, vehicle licensing, recording, and more for Larimer County residents. The Clerk and Recorder's Office is responsible for issuing and recording marriage licenses and civil unions, recording all real estate transactions, issuing liquor licenses, registering voters, conducting all primary, general and county elections, and, when contracted, municipal and school distric

t elections. The Clerk and Recorder's Office also operates the Motor Vehicle Divisions in Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park for titling vehicles and issuing license plates.

Read the essential details below or visit our website for the full guidelines at larimer.gov/i-voted. The deadline for submissions is March 30!

🏫 The contest is open to any current high school student residing in Larimer County.

✅ Designs must include the words "I Voted", be politically neutral, and created on our official design templates.

🏆 Up to 10 finalists will be selected for public voting. The winning design will be sent to over 250,000 voters in the 2026 General Election.

📆 The deadline for submissions is March 30, 2026.
