What an amazing day celebrating the next generation of rodeo at the 2026 Larimer County Junior Rodeo yesterday!
On behalf of the Larimer County Sheriff's Posse, thank you to every competitor, parent, grandparent, family member, volunteer, sponsor, and spectator who helped make this year's Junior Rodeo such a success.
To our young cowboys and cowgirls—thank you for bringing your determination, sportsmanship, and grit into the arena. Whether you went home with a buckle, some cash in your pocket, or simply the pride of competing, you represented the very best! We hope you made memories that will last a lifetime and left inspired to keep chasing your dreams in the saddle.
To the parents, families, and supporters—thank you for the countless early mornings, late nights, miles on the road, and unwavering encouragement you give these young athletes. Your dedication is what makes youth rodeo possible.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our incredible volunteers and sponsors. This event would not happen without your generosity, hard work, and commitment to serving our community. Your support allows us to continue providing an affordable, family-friendly event that celebrates the traditions and values of rodeo.
This year was especially exciting as we welcomed everyone to the new Longhorn Arena at The Ranch. We appreciate everyone's patience as we broke in a new facility and look forward to making next year even better. The Ranch Event Center did an AMAZING job getting that arena set up for us. This was a lot of hard work behind the scenes. THANK YOU!
