Final Exams for the Spring 2026 semester are required to be scheduled online through the SDC portal by: Monday, April 13th!!! We will NOT be accepting any late submissions and if needed please refer to The Hub’s final exam page for when final exam dates and times are. The Future Will Be...
 
This year’s SDC EOY celebration will celebrate the perseverance and progress that the disability community embodies. We want to empower you to envision what the future of disability accessibility looks like to you in a fun and genuine way! Come dressed up in your best futuristic outfit, anything goes! Have a sweet idea for a new integrated assistive tech? Let’s see it! The future may feel uncertain for many of us, but one thing is certain and that is that the disability community will be a part of blazing a new trail for everyone to live more accessible lives!

The event will be held on April 22nd at 5:30pm in Ballroom D of the Lory Student Center! RSVP by Friday, April 3rd through the link sent out to Student Emails by the SDC, or by scanning the QR code above.

Flu shots are available at the CSU Health Network, call or schedule online to get one today!
The CSU Health Network is also offering confidential, walk-in STD Testing on February 4th and 19th, and March 4th and 26th from 9am to 2pm! If interested please visit the CSU Health Network website for more information!

Mindfully Managing Stress Workshop, 4 Session Series
Tuesdays Oct.7,Oct.14, Oct. 21, Oct.28, 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Need to get a handle on your stress? This 4-session workshop will cover 11 mindfulness practices to support your well-being. Mindfulness is a way to train ourselves to be in the present moment with awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion. Practicing mindfulness can help us cope with difficult experiences, cultivate meaning, and boost positive emotions.  In this series we will delve into mind-body techniques which can strengthen our skills for dealing with life.  We will also have time to practice these skills. We meet once a week and attending all 4 sessions is encouraged. Sessions will take place at the CSU Health Network, This workshop is for undergrad and graduate students at CSU. Do you have trouble sleeping? Or, do you think you sleep well, but wake up not feeling refreshed? If so, this sleep 4 session workshop can help you.  You will learn proven behaviors and habits that lead to better sleep and related daily functioning.  We will cover the benefits of sleep to your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and how sleep medications and other substances can affect your sleep and sleep patterns.  This workshop goes beyond sleep hygiene, including how to use a sleep diary to better understand your sleep and what your sleep patterns might be telling you. We will discuss the physiology of sleep and you will have an opportunity to complete a sleep assessment.  There will be Q&A time for your specific questions.  This workshop is for undergrad and graduate students at CSU.
