πŸ“‹ One of Council's top priorities? Removing, replacing or fixing systems and perceived "red tape" making it harder to build in Fort Collins. πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈ

🀝 Last week community members, partner agencies, City Council and City staff worked side by side to build actionable solutions to some of the biggest challenges in our current development review process.

πŸ“Š Project teams then shared recommendations on creating a clearer customer journey, improving website navigation, increasing predictability around fees and process milestones, and developing a path for making regulations consistent.

βœ… The workshop identified "quick wins" City staff can implement now, as well as more comprehensive improvements to launch later, creating a more customer-focused development process.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Quick Wins Workshop and helped build practical solutions for Fort Collins! πŸ‘πŸ‘
