R2 Hotshot Golf Scramble

R2 Hotshot Golf Scramble Charity event hosted by the Region 2 Interagency Hotshot Crews to raise funds for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.

Everyone is welcomed to join us in our efforts to raise money for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation which supports those and their familes; who have fallen or were injured while protecting our wildlands. Participants must register by care of business on October 21, 2013. The event is set to begin October 20th
10:00am Tee Time at the Collindale Golf Course. Beginning approximately 1:00pm there w

ill be a social hour, dinner, a silent auction as well as awards at
New Belgium Brewery.

$80.00 For Event and Golf Package per person includes:
9 holes golf with cart, social hour, silent auction, barbecued pulled pork dinner, beer and awards.

$45.00 Meal Only Option for those non folders!! Come and enjoy the social hour, dinner and drinks as well as the silent auction for a discounted price!!

Hi guys! We have some new information regarding the scramble! Firstly, it will be held at Collindale Golf Course here in Fort Collins again. Secondly, there will be a max total or 92 golfers/23 teams this year so be sure to sign up as soon as it's available. Also, due to previous incidents in the past years, we will be assigning a chief of party per foresome with his/her credit card number attached to the 2 carts. Carts will be immediately assessed for damages upon return and notified about any damages. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comment box or DM our page!

I know it's been over a month since the scramble but we'd like to share some pictures and information how it went! Altogether we raised over $17,000 for the foundation through the support of donors, golfers, and silent auctioneers! Also, it was our biggest year yet with over 105 golfers! We look forward to seeing you guys again next year with new faces added as well!

Only a couple more days till the scramble begins! If your like me you will probably need to rent clubs. The golf course will have that option available unless you have your own club to bring! The course rents clubs for $15 a set. Also, the silent auction can't accept credit cards this year so please being cash or check!

Sorry for the absence of silent auction items but we have been staying pretty busy with a last minute fires and prescribed fire here on our home unit! To kick things off again I would like to say that we have 104 golfers coming this year! Thats more then we have ever had in the past! We are posting more silent auction item starting at 1pm today!
