Reminder: All Guthrie Army Health Clinics and services will close at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, to include the Pharmacy, Laboratory, Troop Medical Clinics, Mental Health Clinics, etc. Please plan your visit accordingly.

The Fort Drum Veterinary Clinic will be CLOSED all day tomorrow.

All Dental Health Activity services will consolidate to the Stone Dental Clinic and will operate under their normal hours, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., tomorrow. (Marshall Dental Clinic will be CLOSED)

All clinics and services listed above will be CLOSED on Monday, Sept. 7 for Labor Day. Normal operations will resume Tuesday, Sept. 8.

MRC, East Command Team Visit 🩺⚔️

Last week, Medical Readiness Command, East leadership, Brig. Gen. James “Jamie” Burk and Command Sgt. Maj. Gabriel Wright, visited the Guthrie Army Health Clinic and met with key North Country community medical partners, including Samaritan Medical Center, Carthage Area Hospital, Lewis County General Hospital, and River Hospital.

Fort Drum operates in a unique healthcare ecosystem unlike any other Army installation, requiring the tremendous support of healthcare partners throughout the community.

During their visit, the MRC, East command team focused on reinforcing those vital healthcare partnerships to ensure Fort Drum's Service members and their families continue receiving comprehensive, top-tier medical care both on and off post. 🏥

Update (as of 11:30 a.m.): Approximately 75% of MEDDAC computers are back online, with more to follow in the near future. Some services are still operating at a reduced capacity; however, much of what was affected is now back online.

⚠️ SERVICE NOTICE: Network Outage Affecting Clinic Operations

​The Guthrie Army Health Clinic network is currently experiencing a network outage, resulting in significant impacts to clinical operations.

​Here is what you need to know:
• ​Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology: services significantly impacted. Some services may not be available at this time.
• Appointments: still going as scheduled.
• Booking Appointments: You can still call the central appointment line. Call center representatives will take down your information and call back once systems are restored.
• ​Resolution Timeline: There is currently no estimated timeframe for when the network will be back online.
• ​Updates: We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update here as soon as the network is restored and full operations resume. Further details will follow as they become available.

​Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
