Due to inclement weather we will be closing all services at the Fort Meade VTF on Monday January 6, 2025.

With the COVID-19 pandemic we are modifying our procedures for everyone’s safety.
Effective immediately:
We are limiting the number of people in the VTF, please be patient.
In order to maintain social distancing recommendations, we are limiting the number of clients in the building at any given time. Only one owner will be allowed in the exam room. Only two people are allowed in the lobby. If you need assistance with multiple pets please ask at check-in.
We understand that you may have to bring your children with you to the appointment. If this is the case, we will see your pet alone so you can stay with your children outside if no other adult is with you.
If you are sick or have been in contact with anyone exposed to COVID-19 or have traveled overseas within 2 weeks you will be rescheduled.
Please call in or email medication refill requests. You may be asked to wait in your car until the medication is filled and ready for checkout.
For our staff’s safety we ask that you pay by credit card if possible.
If you have an emergency or specialty appointments call that facility for further instruction and guidance.
In order to make sure we can take care of our patient population we are limiting the amount of medication dispensed.
To limit your time in clinic if you are a new patient/client please email your records to the VTF at least 1 day before your appointment.
Please follow our VTF staff instructions at all times, we appreciate your cooperation and we will continue to post updates as we receive them.
