Check it out!

Rain pouring. Boots moving. Mission first.

This moment, captured by PFC Anastasia Addis and shared on the Department of War page during the U.S. Army Reserve Best Squad Competition, says everything about the spirit of the competitors. See A 200th MP Soldier stepping out of an LMTV into the storm, ready for whatever comes next. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just grit, discipline, and the will to compete.

We couldn’t be more proud of the Soldiers representing the 200th Military Police Command on one of the Army Reserve’s biggest stages.

READY FOR THE FIGHT

U.S. Army Reserve soldiers execute mission-focused training at Fort McCoy, Wis., building lethality and teamwork demanded in combat.

🏊‍♂️

Swimming is one of the best low impact ways to build cardiovascular endurance, improve muscular stamina, and increase overall combat readiness.

From strengthening lung capacity to improving recovery and joint health, time in the pool helps Soldiers stay mission ready while reducing wear and tear on the body. Dive in and train smarter.
