This Memorial Day weekend, we will be throwing a summer celebration where we open up the splash pad, hand out sidewalk chalk, and have a tie-dye station for the kids.
We found a unique "twist" for making the tie-die bags where we put the dye solution into sq**rt guns and let the kids spray the tie-die solution onto the fabric. The tie-die station will be set up along the fenceline that faces the train tracks so that we can hang the bags along that section of fence to spray them. We will have smocks and eye protection glasses at the park to protect the participants.
