SFC Anthony Clements recently had an unbelievably unique opportunity to be a part of the detail with the Honorable Christine E. Wormuth. The Secretary of the Army has been on a news media tour to address the recruiting issues across the Army that has been plaguing our recruiting efforts over the last few years. He was able to have discussions with a few of special agents on her detail regarding his input for recruiting.

SFC Clements is always the first person in the Company to volunteer at every opportunity to assist his fellow Soldiers and do what he can to benefit the Army as a whole. This is not out of character for him to provide his self-less service at every task that is thrown our way. He truly cares about improving the Army in every possible way and doing his part in contributing to those improvements.

We want to welcome and congratulate 2LT Astrid who recently took the oath of office. 2LT Widjaja, Astrid attended the University of Maryland and graduated in 2022. She took a gap year; however, she was certain that she wanted to join the Army, long before graduation. She did not grow up in a military family but loves the idea of serving in the US Army. She is excited to give back to her community and serve her civic duty as an Officer in the United States Army. 🩺
