Thank you and have a Great week!
Many of our team were recognized for their tremendous efforts over the past few months supporting the Warfighter 21 series. Bus driving, continuous CQ shifts, antigen testing, covid mitigation and responce, and communication support for 7 days a week for weeks at a time all while keeping the formation running, we couldn't be more proud of your willingness to support the largest Warfighter exercise in history. Well deserved to all.
Pfc James received a 1st Cavalry coin for her outstanding professionalism in support of Mayor Cell operations this week. Congrats!
Great day of recognizing Soldiers in the Red Wolf family. Five Soldiers were surprised with an unexpected promotion ceremony during a company BBQ, while SGT McCray and PV2 Rivera received BDE coins for their quick reactions during a recent fire in the barracks. Great job to all!
Great day of CBRNE training hosted by 15th FMSU.

- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at Belton Lake are advising dog owners against letting their pets wander around the lake or drink the lake water after learning of reports that "dogs have died after being on USACE property in Morgan's Point."
USACE personnel visited the lake and "lake water appeared normal with no visual indication of a harmful algae bloom and nothing unusual was observed on the adjacent shoreline and land," officials said.
More water sampling, testing and analysis will be performed. Until then, USACE cautions landowners and visitors against allowing pets to run loose on Government property.
Per Title 36 Section 327.11(a) pets are required to be kept on a leash, six feet or less in length, while on Government property.
USACE also advises that people restrict their dogs or other pets from drinking or entering the lake until further investigation is done. Additional concerns or questions may be addressed by calling the Belton Lake office at 254-939-2461.
All, please see below so we don't fall victim when hoping for aid as we come out of this winter storm.
