797th Soldiers learn aspects of the Military Decision-Making Process during Maneuver Support Training (MST) to better integrate with maneuver forces. These classes helped us understand mission analysis, course of action development/analysis/and comparison. This training has already proven beneficial. The 797th operations section provided guidance and EOD injects during our CPX-3 integration with 3D Cavalry Regiment. The Regiment is now incorporating an airfield clearance and EOD Teams into operations during NTC Rotation 23-09. SGT Oar completed his Team Leader Certification! The 797th is very proud of his achievement and wishes him success at his next duty station. We wish we could keep him at Fort Hood but know that he'll continue to be awesome at Fort Campbell. We'll miss his sense of humor and willingness to teach those around him. Here's some more footage from last week's convoy and FTX with 761st EOD. We are proud of all the great work put in from the fine troops of the 797th. The LMTV cover was the only real loss of the trip.
