Fort Hood Survivor Outreach Services Welcome to the official Fort Hood Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) page

We are noninvasive in extending the hand of support to the Survivors of Fallen Soldiers at their point of need with meaningful programs and caring counsel resulting in Survivor Families knowing that others are concerned for their well being during their journey through grief. We provide a holistic and multi-agency approach to delivering services by giving access at Garrisons and communities closest to where Families live.
