Over the past 3 weeks, 43D MRBC completed operation Mobile Hammer II at Fort Chaffee, AR. The company kicked off the training by convoying over 450 miles across 3 states. Once at Fort Chaffee, 43D completed its first ever BEB LFX and Demo Ranges while Support Platoon prepared 6 slip sites for crossings. Upon completion of the individual training 43D conducted collective training to include a culminating night build of a 255 meter full enclosure bridge for the battalion wet gap crossing. The Gators are now back safe at Fort Hood with gained valuable experiences to deploy in support of our maneuver forces.
