NTC Rotation 26-08 concluded with 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division completing a demanding training cycle at the National Training Center. Throughout the rotation, Soldiers were challenged by a realistic and adaptive operational environment designed to test leadership, decision-making, and combat effectiveness across all warfighting functions.
As the Army’s premier opposing force, the Blackhorse Regiment delivered a dynamic training experience that strengthened readiness, refined battlefield skills, and enhanced the ability of units to operate in large-scale combat operations. The rotation provided valuable opportunities for Soldiers and leaders alike to build confidence, increase lethality, and prepare for future missions.
