๐Ÿง  ๐ŸŒฑ During this time, mental health leadership was a key resource that Team I-PAG relied upon.

๐Ÿซ‚ Talking to someone you trust about your feelings is an example of mental health leadership.

๐Ÿง  When we think about mental health, we often think about things like therapy ๐Ÿ—ฃ or medication ๐Ÿ’Š

โœจ๏ธ However, mental health is also about the small steps we take every day to care for ourselves and feel good ๐Ÿค—

๐ŸŒฑ When we prioritize our own mental health, we encourage others to do the same. We can think of mental health leadership as the actions we take to inspire others to take good care of themselves.
