The Army Continuing Education System (ACES) Division, Directorate of Human Resources, provides a wide range of educational opportunities, both academic and nonacademic, as well as training opportunities, to members of the Fort Knox community. All TA Requests for FY25 must be submitted and approved in the ArmyIgnitED portal prior to 2000 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 6 September 2025 due to the Army’s fiscal year closeout. This only applies to FY25 TA requests with a start date that occurs through 30 Sept 2025. There will be no exceptions granted. Soldiers may continue to create TA Request for courses beginning in FY26, 1 October 2025 and beyond, between 60 – 7 days in advance of the term start date. Remember, FY26 requests are subject to the availability of funds.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice!
The ArmyIgnitED system will be temporarily unavailable starting tomorrow 1800EDT due to scheduled maintenance. Access will be restored by Saturday, July 19. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Soldiers are encouraged to submit funding requests prior to the outage, no exceptions to policy will be considered for routine system maintenance. Soldiers have the ability to request TA funding 60 to 7 days prior to the term start date and 90 to 45 days prior for CA.

Another round of BSEP grads crushed it! 💪🎉 Last week, CSM Licea recognized Soldiers in the class who scored 110 or higher on the AFCT👏

BSEP helps Soldiers boost their GT scores so they can chase new opportunities—whether it’s reclassing, going warrant, or leveling up their careers.

To enhance educational achievement among Soldiers, the Education Center and on post partner schools offer programs to meet all needs, from basic skills to post-graduate programs. To enhance MOS skills, Soldiers can use training programs/materials through the Military Learning Facility (MLF). This cross-section of opportunity reflects the goal of the Army Continuing Education System to give all Soldiers a chance to recognize and achieve their highest educational potential and maintain training readiness.
