The and I dropped in on the future of leadership today at The Pre-Command Course!

Anytime I get the chance to spend time with leaders preparing to take command, I know I’m walking into a room full of energy, ideas, and of course, some tough questions.

We talked leadership challenges, talent management, recruiting realities, and everything in between. Loved the dialogue, the passion, and the candid conversations.

I finally have time to take a moment and share a huge milestone in my Army career! The Army has selected me to promote to the rank of Master Sergeant 1 November and I couldn’t be more thankful and excited! I am going to save my thanks for my promotion ceremony, which I really hope you all will come out to if you are available to make it. Details will be pushed out soon.
