This is the "D2" fix from the Memorial Day deployment. This should fix a lot of our issues like Process Checkpoint, assistant NCOIC's ability to utilize the Process Checkpoint, GC's ability to GO/NOGO record in GCRc, and more.

System Function & Customer:
Recruiter Zone (RZ) provides recruiters with a central management point for all lead and applicant business activities, planning guide activities, content and appointment tracking, application packet creation, and reports for analyzing prospecting efforts.
Guidance Counselor Resource Center (GCRC) is used by Army and Army National Guard guidance counselors at Military Entrance Processing Stations to process enlisted applicants into the Army, and is integrated with Electronic Records Management.
The Virtual Recruiting & Social Media Center (VRC) is a 21st Century capability purposed to enhance the recruiting efforts of the United States Army Recruiting Command and adjacent commands as required through the
employment of virtual information technologies.
