Our Evals team is here to help!

PCS’ing soon?
You may need a Change of Rater (COR) OER/NCOER if your rater is changing due to PCS and you have met the minimum rated time for a new evaluation with your current rater at your current unit:
-For Regular Army: At least 90 rated days
-For USAR/ARNG: At least 120 rated days
If you do not meet the minimum rated days, a COR OER/NCOER is not needed, and the time will be recorded as nonrated until your next required evaluation at your new unit.
***Note that, when a COR is required, THE THRU DATE is THE DAY BEFORE PCS leave begins***
Coordinate early with your rating chain or S1 for this situation. See AR 623-3 for more information.

News you can use!

Active-Duty and activated Reserve Component Soldiers on Title 10 Orders who had their Tuition Assistance (TA) requests deleted or were unable to request TA due to the partial government shutdown and attended a TA eligible course, with term start dates from 1-30 October are eligible to submit a Historical Tuition Assistance Request (HTAR). Soldiers must submit their completed HTAR packet to their servicing education center no later than 31 January 2026. HTARS for TA eligible courses with start dates from 1-30 October 2025 will not be accepted after 31 January 2026.

The Adjutant General of the United States Army, BG Adam D. Smith hosted his quarterly townhall along with the TAGD SGM LaQuita M. Wimbley today. It was a wonderful opportunity to kick-off the festive season by recognizing the achievements of TAGD Soldiers and civilians alike.
