Built in the 1950's, the Yankee Clipper Hotel (now the B Ocean Resort) is a fascinating attraction on to itself -- located right on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, as it is shaped to resemble a large ship.

�Inside, you will find the World Famous Wreck Bar, an oasis of nautical design resembling the interior of a shipwrecked Spanish Galleon, complete with aquariums and briny decor throughout. Then there is

also an extra bonus- large portholes that look into the hotel's pool from behind the bar.

������Sunday afternoons, Go back in time and enjoy a delicious a la carte Sunday brunch in retro style- in a brunch lounge atmosphere while a dancing "Mermaids" swim past the portholes. Be sure to ask about our special photo opps at our "Mermaid Encounter" viewing window during our "Mermaids and Mimosas" Sunday Brunch! All are welcome- great eats for the kids and bottomless mimosas for the grownups!

�SwimShow creator, Career Mermaid Pioneer and official Wreck Bar Mermaid MeduSirena (W. Marina Anderson) introduced her fishtailed mermaid swimshows to The Wreck Bar back in 2006. She and her "AquatiCrew" have been the official Wreck Bar Mermaids, swimming past the portholes of The Wreck Bar in a variety of 'MeduSirena Swimshows ever since. From her long running family friendly mermaid swimshows, her Mermaids and Mimosas retro- atmospheric brunch; to her very popular adults only AquaBurlesque Swimshows, offering patrons a view of a more unusual Florida aquatic species.
