In November 1995, the Fort Lauderdale City Commission adopted Resolution 95-170, creating the Northwest-Progresso-Flagler Heights CRA (NPF-CRA). A Community Redevelopment Plan was produced in 1995, and amended in 2001, to outline the community’s desired public and private improvements along with a funding program, including the use of tax increment funds.

Business owners—there’s still time to apply! 🎨

The deadline for the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Business Mural Grant Program is tomorrow, Friday, July 31. Five eligible businesses will each receive a $5,000 grant to create a permanent mural with a professional artist. Only five grants are available, so submit your application today!

Fort Lauderdale, our neighborhood walls are about to tell a story. 📚

FTL is home to 60+ murals, and the City wants to add more. Our Business Mural Grant Program has reopened and is designed for local business owners who want to beautify their buildings.

Five $5K grants are available to help cover the design and installation.

The Fort Lauderdale CRA has a new incentive program to assist eligible commercial property owners, business tenants, and nonprofit organizations within the NPF CRA and Central City CRA districts with funding assistance for security and safety improvements.

Eligible applicants may receive up to $10,000 in reimbursement assistance.

Local business owners—don’t miss this opportunity to bring public art to your property through the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Business Mural Partnership Grant Program.

Your neighborhood walls are about to tell a story. 📚 Fort Lauderdale is home to 60+ murals, and the City wants to add more.

The Business Mural Partnership Grant Program is now open and designed for local business owners who want to beautify their buildings.

Five $5000 grants are available to help cover the design and installation of a mural on your building. The mural has to be visible from the street, and you'll work with a professional local artist to make it happen.
