🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY 🇺🇸

Is is NOT about barbecues.
NOT about sales.
NOT about a long weekend.

This day is about the men and women who left home wearing our nation’s uniform… and never made it back.

It’s about the empty chairs at dinner tables.
The folded flags held tightly against broken hearts.
The children who grew up with memories instead of moments.
The spouses who carried on through unimaginable loss.

Freedom has never been free.
It was paid for by warriors who gave EVERYTHING for a country they loved and people they would never meet.

So on this day we will pause.
We remember.
We honor.

And while others enjoy the freedoms they protected… we will make sure their sacrifice is NEVER forgotten.

To our fallen heroes:
Your service mattered.
Your sacrifice matters.
And your names will live forever in grateful hearts. ❤️

Remembering Cpl. Jennifer Marie Parcell – A Young Marine With a Giant Heart
It is with heavy hearts that we remember and honor United States Marine Corporal Jennifer Marie Parcell.
At just 20 years old, Jennifer dedicated her life to serving her country with courage, strength, and quiet selflessness. Inspired by her brother’s graduation from boot camp, she answered the call to become a Marine. Though small in stature, those who served beside her never forgot her spirit — they lovingly called her “the biggest little girl they had ever met.”
During her time in uniform, Jennifer showed what true service looks like. She deployed to Pakistan to support humanitarian relief efforts after a devastating earthquake, bringing aid and comfort to those who had lost everything. Later, she volunteered for the Lioness Program in Iraq, stepping into dangerous missions alongside her fellow Marines to help secure and protect others.
Behind the uniform was a beloved daughter, a cherished sister, a loyal friend, and a young woman full of life and promise.
Today, we grieve the young Marine whose future was taken far too soon. Her passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family, fellow Marines, and all who knew her.
To Jennifer’s family, friends, and fellow Marines: Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you carry this heavy loss. May the beautiful memories of her courage, her smile, and her unwavering spirit bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead.
Rest in peace, Corporal Jennifer Marie Parcell. You served with honor, you loved with all your heart, and your sacrifice will never be forgotten. Though your time on this earth was brief, your legacy as a brave Marine and a beautiful soul will live on forever.
