Programs are the 3rd Thursday of the month*, 7:30-9 AM. Dates change during holiday months. Founded in 2003, the Fort Lauderdale Forum produces City oriented topics designed to update the knowledge of participating attendees by offering a platform for reasoned discussion of current issues affecting the residents of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. To that end, the Forum features acclaimed subje
ct matter experts, entrepreneurs, executives, authors, and politicians. Each Forum program is approximately an hour long. Doors open at 7:30 AM for networking, coffee and bagels, the program starts at 7:50 AM and ends promptly at 9 AM. The programs are held at Broward College Downtown campus - 111 E. Las Olas Blvd, Ste 1208, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Fort Lauderdale Forum meets the 3rd Thursday of each month - (date changes due to holidays, etc. are noted on our website and Facebook calendar with a break during summer months). We endeavor to select speakers who enjoy the benefits of an open exchange. Programs are presented in a panel forum with a moderator. All speakers answer unfiltered, unrehearsed questions directly from the audience. Since our 1st meeting we have been dedicated to the task of establishing the tradition of debate and discussion. The Fort Lauderdale Forum is non-partisan, does not take positions on issues, and is open to the public. There is no cost or obligation associated with attendance. Fort Lauderdale Forum is supported by volunteer sponsors who contribute $100 per year to offset the costs of meeting refreshments. Please click on the “Our Sponsors” tab on the website to review the list of our wonderful Sponsors. Payments for Sponsorships ($100 per yr.) can be given to our treasurer,
