Are you interested in learning more about the nonprofit landscape in Fort Lupton? Please join us next Wednesday, February 25th for a Nonprofit 101 class at the Fort Lupton Public & School Library!

This will be a collaborative, community-focused event designed to strengthen and uplift the incredible nonprofit work already happening in our region. As part of the Weld Community Foundation's 2026 goal to support local nonprofits within our regional fund areas, this gathering brings together the key players who help our community thrive—nonprofits, funders, community partners, and local business owners.

During this session, attendees will:
• Learn about nonprofit work at both the general and local levels
• Explore the current landscape of services, needs, and opportunities in the community
• Connect with organizations and individuals who share a mission of creating positive impact
• Build partnerships that can strengthen and expand existing efforts

Our guest speaker, Cindy Bragdon of Vital Investment Management and Lighthouse Planning LLC, will walk through the essentials of estate planning, including choosing the right decision-makers and understanding planned and charitable giving. She’ll also introduce a new, easy-to-use online tool offered by the Weld Community Foundation to help individuals create a will and explore tax-smart ways to give.

A complimentary lunch will be provided by Wholly Stromboli, one our great local restaurants.
