June is a premier wedding month, traditionally favored for its pleasant weather, long days, and symbolic, auspicious beginnings rooted in Roman and Celtic history.

The "June Bride" Tradition: Named after Juno, the Roman goddess of marriage and childbirth, June is believed to bring prosperity and happiness.

Historical & Seasonal Factors: Historically, this time marked the end of spring/start of summer, offering milder weather and better farming schedules. In the middle ages, it aligned with the time when people were relatively "fresh" after spring baths.

Ideal Weather: June is frequently chosen for outdoor ceremonies, offering long daylight hours for, photography, and celebrations.

Memorial Day began as a way to honor those lost in the American Civil War, when communities decorated the graves of fallen soldiers. Over time, it became a national day of remembrance for all who gave their lives in service.

It’s easy to see it as the start of summer, but its meaning runs so much deeper.

Today, we remember the lives, the stories, and the sacrifices that shaped our nation.

How will you take a moment to remember?

Congratulations to our very own 2026 Graduates!
