Opening Day is almost here! We will officially open for the 2026 Summer on Saturday, May 23rd at 11:00am.
A few reminders:
Beechwood Barracudas Swim and Dive Team
Registration for the Beechwood Barracudas Swim and Dive Team is still open!
Joining the Barracudas is more than just participating in a sport; it's about making lifelong friends, boosting confidence, and creating lasting summer memories. Our team competes in the Northern Kentucky Swim League (NKSL), providing a friendly, yet competitive environment for all skill levels.

Membership Tags
Like last year, membership tags will be required for entry every time you visit the pool. Each member will need to scan their membership card for entry. We will no longer allow the front desk staff to look members up for entry. To ensure quick entry into the Swim Club, please have your tag or a picture of your tag ready to scan into the computer.
New members (bond holders and renters) will receive new tags at your first visit to the Swim Club.
Replacement tags are $5 per tag.
New and Updated Rules for the 2026 Season
● Personal radios are permitted only at individual tables and chairs, not on the pool deck or poolside. Volume must be kept at a reasonable and respectful level.
● Any member bringing 10 or more guests at one time must notify the manager at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in guests not being admitted. This requirement ensures adequate lifeguard and staff coverage.
● Large rafts are not permitted in the pool to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Any raft designed to hold more than two people may be prohibited. Management and lifeguards will determine whether a raft is an acceptable size for use in the pool.
● The pool gate opens at 10:50 a.m. Entry is not permitted before this time for any reason.
Important Dates/Events at Beechwood Swim Club
● Shelter Rentals: Reservations open on May 16th
● Opening Day: 11am on May 23rd
● Practice Swim Meet: Thursday, June 4th. Lap lanes in the middle of the pool will be closed from 6:15pm to 8:00pm.
● Family Day and Annual Bondholders Meeting: July 19th
○ No outside guests will be allowed on family day (this does not pertain to memberships that include member + two permanent guest passes)
● Adult Night: 6:30pm – 10pm on July 11th
● Movie Nights: 6/16 and 8/15 (movie starts at dusk)
● Late Night Swim (new this season!): pool is open until 10pm on 6/27, 7/17, and 8/15
● 4th of July: pool closes at 7pm (reminder: you cannot hold tables at the pool while you attend/watch the parade. Belongs will be removed from unoccupied tables)
● Bunco: 7pm Monday evenings from 6/8 - 8/31
● Euchre: 6:30pm on 6/19
● Family BINGO: 6:30pm on 6/12, 7/10, and 8/7
● Trivia: 6:30pm on 6/14 and 7/26
● Home Dive Meets: Diving boards will be closed after 4pm on Tuesday, June 9; Tuesday, June 16; and Tuesday, June 30.
● Home Swim Meets: Pool closes at 4pm on Thursday, June 25; Thursday, July 9; and Wednesday, July 15.
Member Communication Throughout the Season
As we enter the 2026 season, we are committed to keeping members as informed as possible. Because email updates have sometimes been missed in the past, we will now share important information across multiple platforms, including email, our pool website, and our page. Key documents such as the bylaws and the annual member letter will always be posted on the website. We encourage all members to regularly check their email, the website, and our page to stay up to date on pool news, events, and announcements.
