It’s a beautiful day for a walk through the cemetery or the nature trails!

This little guy lives here, so you might see him around. Please drive slowly.

Your family and loved ones will always be the 1st priority, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us, and we thank everyone again for your patience as we work hard to get the fallen trees and limbs removed.

Progress can feel slow, but I’ve recruited some help to clean up the storm wreckage. This place is where your loved ones rest, and it is also our home.

Thank you for your patience. Our first goal is removing limbs from on top of graves while we also cut up the large trees. We’ll get there.

All the kind comments and encouragement have been so appreciated. We are proud to be part of this community.

Thanks to the hard work of all our staff, we will be fully open Thursday. We have one road blockage that should be cleared tomorrow, but the full Cemetery is accessible.

We still have a lot to clean up. Thank you for your patience as we chip away at it while still laying your loved ones to rest and maintaining the grass.

Thank you all 🙏🏻

Devastating. And this is just some of it.

We ask for patience as we work through this cleanup. We will have to assign resources away from cutting grass to the cleanup, but we will catch up on all of it as soon as we possibly can. As always, we will be working hard.

As of now, the little damage to monuments and markers is miraculously low.

Thank you to everyone who has offered to come help. For liability purposes, as of now we are cleaning up ourselves.

We are closed today and will make a post tomorrow to let everyone know if we will be open to the public. When we do open, please be extra cautious and don’t stand underneath any trees.

City of Fort Mitchell, KY, we’d like to file a noise complaint on the baby hawks now living with us at the Cemetery. They won’t stop screeching. But dang are they cool!

06/30/2026

We are having some road repair work done today, so please be patient if you drive through. There will be minimal road closings throughout the process.
