Started in 1994 (originally Shull Enterprises) the company is the result of a lifelong dream to own my own business. Going full time in 2006 as Sage Strategies, the company has grown and expanded in the last four years. In 2010 I decided to expand its services to be a full service firm. Sage Strategies is owned and operated by Cathy Shull who works with a wide network of Associates to serve the ne

eds of her clients in a one stop shop. Focusing on business, non profits and government in rural areas of Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas allows Cathy to support her rural roots and to help build the economies of these areas.

Trick-or-treat Street Fair
October 25th 2025
229 Prospect St, Fort Morgan

Events start at 10:00 AM
Zombie walk 10:30 AM
Ghost egg race 12:30 PM
Costume contest 3:30 PM
Event closes at 4:00 PM

Snack and Drink tents 10am - 4pm

Activity tables and interactions
• Hanging apples (elevated apple bobbing)
• Pin the sythe on the Reaper
• Halloween photo booth with day of prints
• Corn hole
• Ring toss
• Pumpkin Rings bag toss
• Paint a mini pumpkin/holiday ceramic
*DJ music with Prog.X.Zorrita

Fundraising
• Hot Apple cider booth
• Guess the Candy corns
• Winter clothing and essentials donation drive

PARTICIPATION DETAILS -

Trunk or Treat space - FREE

Sales booths must have a fun game or freebie/Candy to pass out.
25 vendor fee providing game/Candy

45 vendor fee - extra funds provide an event game or freebies/candy

Trick or Treat main street begins at 12pm on main street.
